Our professionals come to your house and start with an extremely thorough cleaning of the paver areas and turbo all of the old sand, weeds, and mold/algae out of the joint lines, followed by an application of our weed & mold inhibitor. We then wet sand, in order to hydro-compact the sand to improve joint stabilization and dry sand so each joint line is full and has a uniform look. To finish, we apply a heavy flood coat of sealer to ensure maximum protection to resist foot traffic and vehicle traffic alike and binds joint sand in-between the brick pavers inhibiting weed growth and ant mines from joint sand loss. Then a final top coat is applied to ensure a high gloss, wet look finish and restore the pavers to their original color.
